About Our Speaker:
Ken Martin is the Tax Partner at Stancil & Company. As such, he is responsible for the tax planning and compliance services provided by the firm. He has been with Stancil & Company since 1989 after working in banking for five years prior to that. Ken and his staff enjoy providing the strategic thinking to clients that enables them to make wise planning decisions, both from a tax perspective, and also from an overall management perspective. Ken works hard to stay up to date on the latest tax developments and strategies not only to ensure that Stancil & Company prepares tax returns compliant with tax laws, but also so that our firm can assist clients in making strategic decisions to minimize taxes both in the short term and in the long term. Ken is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the North Carolina Association of CPA’s. He is a member of the Tax Professional Education committee and the Taxation Committee with the North Carolina Association of CPA's.
